Which are the payment methods?
1. We accept all Visas credit card, insert your card number and the expiration date to complete the purchase.
2. Cash on delivery (not for international orders).
In the case of COD orders, your order will be verified, sent courier and you will pay in cash at the time the products are delivered.
We analyse below the service provided before and after the purchase.
For many of our products we offer a written guarantee which include:
A guarantee for parts and labour, without any financial burden.
We also provide replacement for any product, if presents any functioning problems after purchase.

Customer telephone service:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase of a product, we would appreciate it if you conduct us through us through e-mail or by calling 22-662222, giving us a chance to serve you. Experienced operators of the service center shall provide solutions for any customer queries and shall even recommend possible solution suitable to their needs.
If the customer wishes to purchase a product, then various choices for delivery are available for him.
Either the product shall be delivered at home with a minimum charge or he shall be informed on the various places of retail sales.

Direct Sales
For direct sales if the customer is not satisfied he may return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product remains in the same initial condition and package, and it can be exchanged with any other product with the same value.

Support after the purchase
The company customer cooperation does not stop the moment the sale is conducted.
On the contrary, from that time onwards customers can be sure that they shall enjoy the support of a company which stands by the customer, for any problems they may face following the purchase

An invoice will be issued for each order.

Direct sales and product Return issues
For Direct Sales if you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days from delivery.

Returns are accepted only if products are returned in their original packaging which must be intact, the products must not have been used, and must be in perfect condition. CD and DVD can be returned only if the authenticity tape has not been removed. The return costs are covered by Telemarketing, in case of a Telemarketing Shop mistake, otherwise the return charges burden the customer. The returned products will be sent at the Telemarketing distribution center to verify whether the above conditions are met. If so, Telemarketing will change the product with any other product.

You can call us any time of the day or night at 22 662222 for any questions on the products or for additional information.
For international calls add the country area code which is (00357).
Also, if you are not satisfied with something or you were not serviced satisfactorily or you have a remark to make or an idea to share send us an e-mail message from the "E-MAIL US" box and you will receive an answer the earliest possible. Do not forget to include your personal e-mail address.

We can arrange, if you wish, to include your address in the list of clients to whom we send Updates on new products and services or offers. Just let us know!
